The 45th Composite Squadron (Squadron 45) is based at and is part of the California Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, the official auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force. Squadron 45 offers opportunities for both youth (ages 12–18) and adults to participate in leadership development, emergency services, aerospace education, community service, and aviation activities.

Cadet Program (Ages 12–18)

Cadets participate in:

• Leadership training
• Aerospace education
• Search and rescue training
• Physical fitness activities
• Flight orientation opportunities
• Community service projects

Adult Membership (18+)

Senior Members can:

• Support emergency services missions
• Mentor cadets
• Participate in aviation and aerospace programs
• Serve in leadership and administrative positions
• Support community outreach activities

3. Attend a squadron meeting as a guest (5730 Riverside Dr., March Air Reserve Base).
